Once we agree on a prime location in your area, we'll provide all the necessary expertise to build your Jack's Coffee shop. Our design package will guide your architect and designer in recreating the familiar, welcoming atmosphere of Jack's Coffee.
2. Training and Support:
We'll provide you with the Jack's Coffee recipe book, complete with video tutorials for all our signature drinks and a precise list of ingredients to source locally. Additionally, a comprehensive service package will be available for your service director. Our graphic design package includes all Jack's Coffee artwork and templates for menus, business cards, uniforms, and other collateral materials.
3. Opening and Operations:
Once your coffee shop is built and your team is ready, our opening team from Jack's Coffee will come to your location to oversee all aspects of the operation. They will work closely with your kitchen and front-of-house management to create a productive and efficient working environment. Our team will stay through the opening days to ensure everything runs smoothly and will return for follow-up visits as needed.
4. Ongoing Support:
Each location will have its own page on the Jack's Coffee website with location-specific information such as menu, map, contact information, e-commerce, and gift certificates. We will make yearly visits, or as needed, to ensure all locations stay up to date with the original Jack's Coffee standards.
